Satellite, Persian Gulf Ocean Liner to be launched on anniversary

Vice President for Scientific and Technological Affairs Sorena Sattari said on Sunday that Iran will on upcoming anniversary of Islamic Revolution launch Iranian built Persian Gulf Ocean Liner and an all-Iranian satellite.

Sattari who was speaking on the first day of the ten-day ceremonies making the Islamic Revolution's victory said that the Iranian satellite will be launched within the next couple of days and the details on it will be announced in a short while from now.
Sattari said that the pride for the great move entirely belongs to the scientific team that has made it and calculated its launching and orbit details, which is why it would be unjust for him to elaborate on them and they themselves must do it.
He just mentioned that the satellite will be launched on Feb 3, the Iranian National Space Technology Day.
On launching the Persian Gulf Ocean Liner, too, he said that it was not thus far unveiled due to not being competed of some final touches, but the all-Iranian ocean liner is now perfectly complete and ready to be launched on the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
