Iran’s Animal Sciences Research Institute and ARI have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the implementation of joint activities related to animal reproduction technologies.
According to the MoU, the two sides will cooperate on creating eggs, sperm, embryos and stem cells banks.
ARI, affiliated to the Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research, was established in Tehran to achieve latest medical technologies by implementting clinical and laboratory research projects in 1998.
The institute consists of three research centers, namely Reproductive Biotechnology Research Center (RBRC), Monoclonal Antibody Research Center (MARC) and Nanobiotechnology Research Center (NBRC).
ARI also includes Avicenna Biotechnology Incubator and Avicenna Infertility Clinic (AIC).
