Barca, who had a 3-0 lead from the first leg, had a scare early on at the Allianz Arena when Medhi Benatia headed in a corner, but a quick-fire Neymar double put the Catalan side in full control of the tie, espnfc.com reported.
Bayern scored twice after half-time through Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller to win on the night, but Barca never looked in danger as they eventually came away with a 5-3 aggregate success.
The result sees Barca through to the Champions League final on June 6 in Berlin, while it is also in the Copa del Rey final on May 30 against Athletic Bilbao, and it only need one win from its final two La Liga games to be crowned champions of Spain.
Luis Enrique told his post match news conference, "Our sensations are very positive. In general, this is a marvelous position to be in — we need just one win in each of the three competitions to win each one. This is a very nice moment, but we still have to win them all."
The Barca boss said that Neymar's first-half goals — both set up by interplay with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez — had settled their nerves after Bayern's quick start.
"I always suffer, every game has its difficulties," he said. "Today we had a good result from the first leg, which obliged the opponent to do a lot — to attack and take risks.
"We know what suits the characteristics of our players. They scored early from a corner, but we reacted by creating many chances ourselves. From there the team was very good, and got to the second half with a favorable result.
After the break it was different, we made mistakes, they kept pressing us high up and was difficult for us. They have very good players. But it is a night to be happy.
On Messi, Suarez and Neymar, he said, "They have many virtues. Their individual quality is beyond any doubt. It is clear they understand each other well, are not selfish, support each other too, and always look for each other.
"It is difficult for any defense to deal with three players of their level, especially when the team backs them up by generating situations of play that they can take advantage of."
Asked what he had said to Bayern coach Pep Guardiola on the final whistle, Luis Enrique replied, "We are two friends, and wished each other the best of luck, without any doubt."
The outstanding performance of Suarez and goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen on the night led to a question about ex-sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta, who signed both players last summer but was fired in January after falling out with club president Josep Maria Bartomeu.
"I will talk at the end of the season about everything that has happened," Luis Enrique replied. "This is for everyone who has formed part of Barca."
