Mohammadreza Nematzadeh made the remarks in a meeting with his German counterpart, Sigmar Gabriel on the sidelines of the tenth World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference in Nairobi, Kenya on December 17, IRNA reported.
He hoped Iran and Germany would cooperate in different joint projects.
Referring to the talks between Iran and the six world powers, including Germany, that led to the July-14 nuclear agreement, Nematzadeh said Iran has entered a new phase following the deal.
Iran, he said, seeks to resume cordial ties with other countries. Today, it is time for expediting the process of Iran's membership in WTO. Nematzadeh said.
Iran, he added, is ready to receive the German side's proposals for cooperation.
