Salehi was welcomed by Czech Deputy Foreign Minister Martin Telapa upon his arrival in Prague.
According to AP, the Czech Foreign Ministry said Monday the two-day visit of Iran's vice president and nuclear chief would focus on developing a bilateral nuclear cooperation.
Iran is seeking help from European nations to better its civilian program.
Last year's landmark nuclear deal between Iran and world powers lifted sanctions in exchange for limitation on some Iranian nuclear activities.
The report added the sanctions were lifted, the head of Iran's nuclear program is coming to talk business with Czech leaders.
According to the report, in Prague, Salehi is meeting the prime minister, foreign minister, industry and trade minister and the head of the nuclear watchdog.
