Iran to increase non-oil exports

Head of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture said Iran's National Development Fund is to raise the amount allotted as an incentive for non-oil exports by $10 billion.

Mohsen Jalalpour further said that the allocated amount will go to companies which export technical and engineering services, Trend News Agency reported.

Iran has exported about 8.183 million tons of goods worth more than $3 billion during the month to April 19. The figure shows a 37-percent growth in weight and 7-percent in value against the figures for the same period last year.

Iran's foreign trade in the past month leaned towards exports.
