Calligraphy exhibit highlights Iran-South Korea friendship

A selection of 40 Iranian calligraphic works themed on the friendship between South Korea and Iran will be displayed together with 10 calligraphic works by some famous Korean calligraphers at Iranian Artists Forum in Tehran from October 5 to 10.

Admission to the exhibition is free, according to a fax sent to Iran Daily.

During a visit to Iran in May, South Korean President Park Geun-Hye said the two countries are good friends and partners and they emphasize the cordial relations as well as a future-oriented relationship.

The first joint exhibition of Iranian and South Korean calligraphic works, co-hosted by the South Korean Embassy and the Society of Iranian Calligraphers, is designed to further promote the cordial relationship between the two friendly countries.
