According to Mehr News Agency, the festival holds monthly events and Motamen's film won Best Feature Fiction award for its November edition.
The flick recounts the struggle of a textile factory worker to keep his life in tact following the controversy over his wife's death. He is revered by his co-workers but faces constant threat from his wife's brother who is after retribution for her death.
The other Iranian film participating in the festival was Niki Karimi's 'Night Shift'. Both the movies are sponsored and distributed by Farabi Cinema Foundation.
