A 3,000-year-old object worth of $250,000 was seized in Khash, during a search operation, said the police chief of Sistan-Baluchestan Province.

According to IRNA, pursuing a complaint about a stolen car, the police found and confiscated the car along with the historical item in a hideout used by five thieves, said Mohammad Qanbari.

Iran has a very ancient history and civilization, therefore the number of relics from the past are very high in Iran compared to those found in other countries.
