Iranian, Georgian FMs review bilateral questions in Munich

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Georgian counterpart Mikheil Janelidze discussed bilateral issues here on Sunday.

The discussion was held in this German city where the last day of the 54th Munich Security Conference is underway, IRNA reported.

Zarif arrived in this German city on Sunday morning, and will attend the international security conference here with participation of 30 heads of the world countries and over 100 ministers.Iranian foreign minister is scheduled to address the conference today at around 11:15 GMT.

The Munich Security Conference is an annual conference on international security policy that has taken place since 1963. It is the world’s largest gathering of its kind.

Over the past four decades, the Munich Security Conference has become the most important independent forum for the exchange of views by international security policy decision-makers. Each year it brings together about 350 senior figures from more than 70 countries around the world to engage in an intensive debate on current and future security challenges.
