"We are fully aware of the capacity of human resource of Iran, smart and hardworking human force and the ancient history of Iran and want to expand ties with the country," said Akio Mimura in a meeting with Iran's Ambassador to Japan Morteza Rahmani-Movahhed, IRNA reported.
Referring to the high median age and the conditions of the small- and medium-sized companies of Japan, he detailed the necessary measures to activate them for cooperation with foreign counterparts, as a way to restore economic prosperity.
Rahmani-Movahhed pointed to the role that the two chambers of commerce can play in upgrading bilateral relations.
The JCCI is a network of comprehensive local economic organizations made up of the representatives of some 1.25 million member businesses nationwide, embracing everything from large and medium-sized corporations down to small firms and sole proprietors.
