CBI: Trade exchanges with China, India expanding

Iran is carrying out exchange of essential goods with China and India and Tehran's relations with these two countries are gradually expanding, said the governor of Central Bank of Iran.

Speaking in a meeting with directors of Iran's banking system, Abdolnasser Hemmati added the banking system should comply with the monetary policy of the CBI, reported Trend News Agency.

Commenting on his visit to Turkey, Hemmati said that during his visit, Turkish officials expressed readiness to broaden cooperation with Iran.

The goal of trade development between the two countries has been set and there is a great opportunity for developing bilateral trade, he noted.
