Bosnians laud Iranian Qur'an reciter

Prominent Iranian Qur'an reciter Mahdi Adeli received was acclaimed by Muslims taking part in mosque ceremonies in cities throughout Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Adeli was invited to Bosnia-Herzegovina by the Islamic Society, the Iran's Embassy in Sarajevo reported on Wednesday, reported IRNA.

He took part in ceremonies in mosques in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Kakani on the first day of the New Year reciting some chapters from the Holy Qur'an and was widely hailed by the audience.

Reciting Qur'an among Iranians residing in Sarajevo was among the programs of the internationally-renowned Qur'an reciter over the past days.

Iran's Ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina Mahmoud Heidari met Adeli at the Iranian Embassy and appreciated his performances.
