Head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of Iran Parliament Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh said on Thursday that Iran is in efforts to make India, Russia, and the Central Asian and Caucasus republics start a joint regional campaign against terrorism on their agenda.

Falahatpisheh made the announcement in an interview with reporters on the sidelines of a ceremony on Thursday to unveil the statuette of Iranian university professor Kamran Nejatollahi who was martyred in 1979, IRNA reported.

He said this way, the terrorism that is to be turned into a more comprehensive plot through Americans' transfer of Daesh (ISIS) to certain neighboring countries will be confronted.

Referring to terror attack on the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) forces in Zahedan in southeastern Sistan-Balouchestan Province, Falahatpishe said Iran has issued warnings to Pakistan.
