The Gypsy King defeated unknown fighter Schwarz after just two rounds last month following his controversial draw with Deontay Wilder in December, The Daily Mail reported.
Talks are ongoing regarding a rematch with the Bronze Bomber, which is mooted for next year, but in the meantime Fury will likely return to the ring in September.
Arum told the Athletic that while attempts were made to hold a fight in New York on October 5, a bout on September 14 or 21 in Las Vegas is now the new plan.
And his likely opponent could be former IBF heavyweight champion Martin, who is being considered as one potential option.
Martin was comfortably defeated by Anthony Joshua in April 2016, having collected the vacant belt following a knee injury to would-be opponent Vyacheslav Glazkov.
'The Prince' has since regained momentum this year with victories over Gregory Corbin and Daniel Martz.
