Hassan Boyeri told reporters on Wednesday that the amount of on-the-spot gas in the phases is 45 trillion cubic feet and the amount of gas condensates is 1.8 billion barrels.
He said this gas bloc will produce 56 million cubic meters of sustainable gas per day up to the next 25 years.
He further remarked that construction of four main and satellite offshore platforms and drilling of 44 wells have been considered in the development of the phases.
Boyeri noted that the onshore refinery of the phases will receive 56 million cubic meters of sour gas and will inject 50 million cubic meters of sweet gas to the nationwide network.
A daily production of 80 thousand barrels of gas condensates, 400 tons of sulfur, 2750 tons of ethane and 290 tons of LPG are among other objectives of the development of these phases, he added.
The executor of the plan further remarked that in total $6.2 billion will be funded for the development of the phase and when operational will return the capital up to two years.
He said currently 13 thousand workers are busy in this project both in land and sea and the project has made a progress of 96%.
The first unit of the refinery will go on stream by the end of Azar and the second unit by the end of Dey, the next calendar month, while two other refinery projects will become operational in the first half of the next year.
He said the first unit of the refinery of phases 17 and 18 will use gas it receives from phases 6, 7 and 8 and then it will also receive gas from the sea platform of phase 18.
